The rates shown in our online booking system are always lower than any other intermediary site on which our rooms and apartments are sold.
Prices are per room (not per person) and the tourist tax is never included in the price.

Recently-built apartments in a portion of the historic villa, overlooking the ancient park just a few steps from the private beach. The “Superior” apartments have 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers and an open-plan living room with a kitchen.
Equipped with: ducted air conditioning, satellite TV and terrace overlooking the lake, furnished with deckchairs and dining area. The initial linen, bathroom and bed, is included.

The residence area is mainly found in the garden of the historic villa, surrounded by the ancient lakefront balustrade. The environment is very nice and has great charm and relaxation. Almost all of them enjoy a splendid view of the lake as far as the Veronese shore and the Sirmione peninsula.
